I am representing a mechanical & Electrical contractor based in Croydon who are looking to appoint a full time Contracts Manager.

The candidate will be office based two-three days a week and visiting sites the remainder of the week.

The contractor work within the education, commercial and NHS sector, with job values ranging from £750K-£2M

Duties & Responsibilities include:
Overseeing 2-3 sites at once
Client interaction
Liaising with the estimator, senior contracts manager and site staff
Handing over the projects

Requirements for the role:
5+ years at Contracts Manager level
HND or HNC Qualified
Mechanical & Electrical background
Based in or local to Croydon.
