I am representing a main contractor based in Merseyside who are looking to appoint a full time Contracts Manager.

The company specialize in installation, fit out, mechanical and electrical projects within the North West.

Project Values range from £100K-£4M

Day to day duties include:
Overseeing the project from inception to completion
Conducting weekly reports
Progress Meetings
Client meetings

Requirements for the role:
5+ years at Contracts Manager level
Installation, Mechanical, Fit Out Experience
Construction background
Based in or local to Merseyside
Preferably CSCS Card Qualified
