I am representing a construction main contractor based in Northampton who are looking to appoint a full time Contracts Manager.
The contractor specialize in fit outs and refurbishments across the retail sector, with project values ranging from £200K-£2M
Day to day duties include: Programming Overseeing 2-4 sites at one time (depending on size) Client meetings Site progress meetings
Projects are nationwide so the candidate must be prepared to travel
Their time will be split between the office/home working and site visits.
Requirements for the role: 4+ years at Contracts Manager level Happy to travel Main contractor background Fit out experience within the retail sector Based in or local to Northampton.
