A growing multi-division business specializing in HVAC, plumbing, heating, facilities management, energy solutions, and compliance is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their care home-focused facilities team. With offices in the North West, the company is expanding its operations and looking for a proactive individual to support the director and help streamline internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage contracts across HVAC and facilities projects
Liaise directly with clients, including major care home providers
Conduct site visits and ensure quality control across teams
Support office operations including paperwork, compliance, and reporting
Assist in team management and operational growth
Requirements:
Experience in HVAC or related technical fields
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable with both office-based and on-site responsibilities
Salary & Benefits:
Competitive salary: £55,000-£60,000
