Project Description: My client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a significant project involving a 6-story hospital extension. The project encompasses the construction of treatment rooms, wards, laboratories, and a pharmacy area, with extensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
Responsibilities: - Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. - Coordinate with various teams to facilitate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (M&E) works. - Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain an enhanced DBS clearance.
Requirements: - Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably within the healthcare sector. - Strong background in M&E with a comprehensive understanding of hospital infrastructure. - Excellent organizational and leadership skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
