My client are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join our dynamic high street retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, overseeing 2-3 at any given time, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for our company. - Oversee all aspects of project management for each contract, from initiation to completion. - Coordinate with various departments to ensure all contractual obligations are met. - Regularly visit retail sites across the nation to monitor progress and enforce contract terms. - Manage and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the retail sector. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail. - Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills. - Willingness to travel nationwide as required. - A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
