About the Role

My client are seeking a skilled and motivated Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Conveyancing Accredited Chartered Legal Executive to join their dynamic Property team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse caseload of property matters in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a wide range of commercial and residential property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and disputes.
  • Provide expert legal advice to landlords, tenants, developers, and investors.
  • Draft and negotiate leases, tenancy agreements, and other property-related documents.
  • Conduct property due diligence and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with other professionals.

 

Essential Criteria

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE.
  • Strong experience in property transactions, leases, and landlord/tenant disputes.
  • Proficient with Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and the Land Registry Portal.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of property law and current legal developments.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.

 

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience in a CQS-accredited firm.
  • Familiarity with Infotrack.
  • Exposure to high-value transactions or complex landlord-tenant matters.
  • Knowledge of planning, development, or property finance.
