Our longstanding client are looking to add to their Customer Service team due to huge growth in their market share over the course of the last 2 years. You will be joining a growing Customer Service team.
What the role involves:
- Daily contact with customers.
- Investigating any customer related issues and problem solving.
- Liaising with various departments through the business.
- Update and maintain notes on their CRM system.
- Offering proactive customer support
- Organising your own daily workflow.
- Negotiation and Objection Handling.
What you’ll need to be in this role:
- You will be able to listen effectively.
- You will be able to communicate clearly.
- You will already have experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
- You can problem solve.
- You will be extremely organised as the role is fast paced!
