The role:
* Customer Service Agents will deal with all existing customers
* Dealing with a wide range of account queries
* The role is a 75% phone based, and 25% admin based
* Dealing with 40-50 calls & emails per day
* Dealing with ad hoc tasks & enquiries
* Delivering great outcomes for candidates

The package:
* £23,000 salary
* £300 monthly bonus

Requirements:
Experience in customer service or hospitality is required.
