Location: Lichfield, Staffordshire
Salary: £26,201 - £27,580 per annum + excellent benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Time Recruitment is proud to be working alongside a respected care organisation delivering supported living services across the UK. We're currently recruiting for a Deputy Care Manager to join a brand-new retirement community in Lichfield, Staffordshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional looking to step into a leadership role within a vibrant and supportive setting. You'll help oversee the delivery of exceptional housing and tenancy management services while promoting resident wellbeing and community engagement.
Deputy Care Manager Responsibilities:
- Ensure all housing management practices meet current legislative and regulatory standards.
- Support tenancy processes, including rent collection, service charges, and managing voids.
- Promote a culture of safeguarding and liaise effectively with external agencies.
- Develop strong relationships with residents, families, staff, volunteers, and local stakeholders.
- Lead community initiatives by organising social events and promoting communal facilities.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems in line with compliance standards.
- Support complaint handling processes and contribute to ongoing service improvements.
