Deputy Manager position overview:
- Required to work 12 hour shifts with paid breaks
- Supervisions and management of staff
- Responsible for care delivery within the home
- Planning, assessing, delivering and evaluating
- Participate in hands on care, working with, leading and coaching the care team and effectively managing team leaders
- Demonstrate consistent leadership and role modelling
- Ensure floor is ran efficiently and residents are looked after
