A highly respected and forward-thinking law firm based in Manchester is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor or Fee Earner to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional with a background in EL/PL and Fast-Track RTA litigation to take the next step in their career within a supportive and dynamic environment.
This role offers hybrid working, combining the flexibility of remote work with occasional office attendance in Eccles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of pre- and post-litigated EL/PL and RTA files independently.
Conduct liability assessments, issue court proceedings, and handle all aspects of litigation.
Engage in negotiations with insurers, third-party solicitors, and defendants to secure timely settlements.
Attend telephone hearings and prepare court bundles and instructions to Counsel.
Progress cases from inception to settlement, ensuring high standards of client care.
Use the Proclaim case management system efficiently to manage workflow and documentation.
✅ Requirements
Experience in handling your own litigated EL/PL and RTA caseload.
Strong knowledge of civil procedure rules and litigation strategy.
Confident in court advocacy, negotiation, and case preparation.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
