Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled FLT counterbalance driver/warehouse operative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse, including stock management, order fulfilment, and maintaining cleanliness. Effective communication skills, along with strong numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail, are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

* Unloading vehicles, which may involve heavy lifting

* Order picking based on computer-generated pick notes

* Accurately locating and organizing incoming stock

* Confirming orders using handheld scanners and inputting data into the dispatch system

* Packing, wrapping, and dispatching orders, ensuring the selection of the correct carrier

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00. Flexibility with working hours is required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Valid FLT counterbalance license

* Proven experience in a similar warehouse operative role

* Excellent communication skills

* Strong numeracy and literacy skills
