We are working in partnership with one of the UKs largest FMCG Manufacturers and due to expansion that are looking for experienced Production Shift Team Leaders to join their team.

Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday 2pm -10pm and Friday 1pm - 8pm (39 hours per week).

Location:
Ashton u Lyne

Job Role:
* Background within FMCG manufacturing on production lines.
* Experience of managing a large team of around 20 - 30 people (depending on time of
year) and reporting into the Site Director.
* Compliance experience, dealing with absences, disciplinary, return to work etc.
* Strong communication skills with the team other departments.
* Proven track record of working collaboratively with your team and other departments.
* A proactive "Can do" attitude.
* An ambitious individual who is keen to progress in their career
* The ability to work to deadlines and met weekly/monthly KPIs
Must be PC literate
