Our client, a fast-paced manufacturing company based in Bury, is seeking a reliable and efficient Guillotine Operator to join their production team. This role involves operating machinery that produces fabric and flow-wrapped products, with a focus on precision cutting and packing.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate guillotine machinery to cut product rolls to specification
Handle and pack 4-5 rolls at a time from the guillotine station
Assist in the production of fabric and flow-wrapped goods
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Physically fit and able to handle repetitive lifting and movement
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
