Where do you fit in?
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer to work across SEO and Social collaborating with Senior Management to enhance products and processes to maximize efficiency and profitability. Your key responsibilities will include identifying critical areas of operational improvement, delivering product sales training to internal teams, and consistently innovating to improve overall profitability.
We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to inspire a team and foster a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities

• Proactively identifies critical areas of operational improvement
• Rolls out training to internal teams
• ·Develops & modernises product delivery through process
• Ensures Team Members are able to meet requirements and are well supported in their roles
• Proactive in seeking out new sales channels for business growth
• Monitor work efficiency and deliver clear, consistent messages across the team
• Consistently innovates to improve the profitability of the team
• Develop inter-team relationships

Desired Qualifications

• Proficiency in advanced paid and SEO advertising techniques
• Proven track record in leading and overseeing substantial teams
• Expertise in navigating complex financial metrics, including gross profit margins and profit and loss systems
• Demonstrated business acumen, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes
• Strategic planning and project management capabilities
• A comprehensive grasp of the broader digital marketing landscape
