Time Recruitment are assisting a well respected healthcare provider in their search for a Nursing Home Manager. They have 28 Nursing Homes across the England and this particualr home is located in Sheffield. With 120 Beds we are looking for a Home Manager with experience in a large service with a hands on approach.

Duties for the Nrusing Home Manager include: * Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring the smooth running of all departments and maintaining high standards of care. * Lead and motivate a team of dedicated staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of person-centred care. * Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere. * Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, implementing improvements where necessary to enhance the resident experience. * Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, policies, and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents and staff. * Manage budgets and resources effectively, contributing to financial sustainability and the achievement of operational targets.
Requirements for the Nursing Home Manager include: * Running a successful nursing home * Commercial marketing * Experience of managing a large budget or multi-site management * Strong leadership and management skillset * Effective management systems and ideas * Able to meet occupancy targets * Nursing Pin Ideally a NVQ level 4 or 5 or a QCF level 5 in leadership
