What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver excellent sales and service across inbound and outbound calls
  • Convert new business leads and retain existing clients
  • Handle renewals, cancellations, and complaints with confidence and empathy
  • Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products from a diverse portfolio
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and customer service KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with FCA standards
  • Continuously develop product knowledge across multiple insurance brands
  • Support fair customer treatment by providing clear, informed advice

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a contact centre or phone-based customer role
  • Proven success in selling within a regulated environment
  • Strong ability to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Excellent listening, communication and rapport-building skills
  • Team-focused with a positive, results-driven attitude

     

Desirable Extras

  • Previous experience in insurance or financial services
  • Exposure to working across multiple product lines
  • Familiarity with insurance documentation and compliance
