The role: * Conducting inbound and outbound calls with customers looking for a secured loan * Carrying out an initial fact-find before passing on the call to a qualified advisor. * Assessing suitability and building rapport with customers. * Maintaining compliance and achieving KPI's * 40 hours per week - shifts between 9am-7pm and 1 Saturday in 4
About you: * Excellent customer service skills * Experience in a Customer Service or Sales roles, such as Sales Advisor or Telesales. * Background knowledge using Microsoft Word and Excel
