We're recruiting experienced Production / Machine Operators for permanent roles on either our early or late shift. With a 4-day working week, competitive pay, and a clear path for progression, this is a great opportunity to build your career in a modern, high-volume manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC and woodworking machinery in a fast-paced setting
Set up and run Weinig machines (moulders, planers, profilers, etc.)
Monitor production quality and maintain operational efficiency
Follow health & safety protocols and production procedures
Requirements:
CNC machine operating experience is essential
Experience with Weinig machinery highly desirable
Background in high-volume manufacturing or timber/MDF production
FLT Combi or Sideloader licences are a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Own transport required due to location and shift hours
