Duties for the Mental health Nurse include:
* Develop therapeutic relationships with service users and help then develop appropriate coping strategies
* Visit service users in their homes
* Manage a caseload of work
* Work with the outreach team
* Clinical Audits
* Act as Primary Nurse for nominated service users
* MDT reviews

Requirements for the Mental Health Nurse:
* Good understanding of the mental health act
* Experience of working in the community
* Driver and car owner
* Valid Pin
