The Role

As the first point of contact for new clients, you'll play a key role in welcoming and onboarding individuals referred by the firm's fee earners. Your focus will be on guiding clients through the initial stages of their legal matter with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities include:

Contacting new client leads and conducting initial client questionnaires

Explaining the claims process and gathering essential information

Accurately inputting client details into the case management system

Ensuring all documentation is completed and processed efficiently

Liaising with fee earners to ensure a smooth transition of new files

There is scope for this role to develop into a broader legal administrative position depending on your skills, interests, and performance.
