The Role

As a Residential Property Paralegal, you will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters and support the Head of Department. You'll be a key point of contact for clients, estate agents, lenders, and third-party solicitors, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion

Provide clear, practical advice to clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings

Draft and amend legal documentation, including contracts, advice notes, and registration documents

Liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and the Land Registry

Ensure compliance with client service standards and regulatory requirements

Contribute to team initiatives and business development activities

✅ About You

Minimum 4 years' experience handling residential conveyancing files independently

Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation

Excellent communication and client care skills

Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing deadlines
