About Us: We are a dynamic construction company based in Birmingham, specializing in office fit-out projects. Due to our rapidly expanding workload, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Pre Construction Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities: Pre Construction Focus: Primarily focus on the pre-construction phase of office fit-out projects. Hard Fill Position: Recognize that this is a challenging position and open to converting a QS or Estimator with the right attitude and strong client-facing skills. Client-Facing Role: Be confident and effective in a client-facing capacity, fostering positive relationships. Workload Management: Based out of our Birmingham office, manage and prioritize a workload that currently exceeds capacity. Contract Type: Consider candidates for both Permanent and Fixed-Term Contract positions.
Experience and Background: Open to individuals without a Tier 1 background if they demonstrate the right attitude and aptitude. For more junior candidates, a strong background in pre-construction is essential.
Office Fit Outs: Specialize in the planning and coordination of office fit-out projects. Dynamic and Evolving Environment: Thrive in a constantly evolving work environment, contributing to the growth and success of the team.
Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in pre-construction, ideally in office fit-out projects. Strong client-facing and communication skills. Attitude and aptitude are paramount; open to converting QS or Estimators. Ability to manage a demanding workload efficiently.
