A Press Brake Operator is needed by our business to expand the team.


Responsibilities:

Press brake machine operations;
Monday through Thursday , 22:00 Pm. to 06:00 am ( Night Shift)

Close attention to detail
Establish work priorities to meet production targets on time;
using the suggested order, bend and form the product;
Utilising callipers, gauges and a tape measure, check height, depth and other tolerances;
Identify defective materials or equipment operation;
perform dimensional and visual inspections in accordance with quality standards;
a 16th-inch reading on a tape measure is required;
carry out spot checks on components;
Utilising a CNC Press Brake, work from shop drawings to produce quality, conforming stainless steel parts;

alter the punch keys as directed by orders;


Prior press brake operations experience of 1-3 years;
lift, push, or pull up to 15 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds on occasion;
Decent attendance
A capacity for reading, understanding, adhering to, and recording work instructions, standard operating procedures, and training materials;
nimbleness and eye-hand coordination;
As a Press Brake Operator, you must be quality- and detail-oriented;
Teamwork - Effectively collaborates with teammates and other departments;
possess dependable attendance and be able to work weekends and overtime;
frequently required to carry out short-cycle or repetitive work;
For this job, it's specifically necessary that you have 20/20 vision up close, or vision that has been corrected to 20/20 vision;
Utilises the principles of lean manufacturing;
