Location: Office Based in West Yorkshire, with UK-wide site visits
Salary: £50,000-£58,000 DOE + Company Car or Allowance + Pension + Private Healthcare + 25 Days Holiday (+ Bank Holidays)
Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee fit out projects within the retail and commercial sectors. With project values ranging from £50K to £1.5M, you'll manage approximately 2-3 projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage fit out projects from inception to completion
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Conduct regular site visits across the UK to oversee progress
Lead project meetings and ensure health & safety compliance
Prepare reports and updates for stakeholders
Resolve site and logistical challenges proactively
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in project management within fit outs (retail/commercial)
Preferably from a trade background (e.g. joinery, carpentry, electrical, etc.)
Strong understanding of construction processes and fit out requirements
SMSTS & First Aid certifications required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Willingness to travel across the UK and split time between the office and sites
