Counterbalance FLT / Warehouse Operative

We are recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT / Warehouse Operative to join our client’s busy warehouse and manufacturing operation in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied, hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely to move materials, stock and equipment
• Picking and packing orders for despatch
• Supplying factory departments with materials when required
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• General warehouse, yard, and housekeeping duties
• Heavy lifting is involved

Shifts

• Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 3:00pm
• Friday: 6:00am – 11:00am

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous warehouse and FLT experience
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
