️ Project Manager - Retail Fit Outs

Location: South East England (Hybrid: Site-Based + Working from home/Office visits)

Salary: £50,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus Scheme

Start Date: End of August/Early September

About the Role

My client are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee projects within the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver 3-4 small works projects or 1-2 major fit-out schemes

Client-facing liaison with stakeholders and subcontractors

Uphold Health & Safety regulations across all project sites

Report on project progress, timelines, risks, and resolutions

Manage site-based teams and ensure consistent performance

Conduct site visits and remote working

Work collaboratively with internal departments

Required Qualifications

NVQ Level 6 in Construction

Asbestos Awareness

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
