We are representing a small-medium sized contractor who specialise in commercial, education, healthcare and public sector fit out and refurbishment projects.
About the role
Position: Project Manager Location of Works: Northwest sites Hybrid working Office located in Greater Manchester area Fit out, refurbishment and New Build/Civils Full Time Permanent Role Project values up to £5M Start date: February 2024 Salary: £60,000-£65,000 plus car allowance and other benefits
Duties/Responsibilities
Client and Subcontractor Management Supply chain Managing 3-5 projects at a time Programming Overseeing projects from inception to completion Costing and pricing to variations up to around £50K Commercial acumen required for smaller business
Candidate requirements
Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid at Work, Clear DBS, NVQ Construction Management level 6 Must live in the Northwest and commutable distance to North Manchester specifically Clean UK Driving License Relevant experience in the construction industry, at least 5-7+ years experience at Project Manager level Must be able to cost projects
