Quantity Surveyor - Self Employed

This can only be paid through Umbrella PAYE.

The role

Position: Quantity Surveyor
Sector: Internal Fit Out
Location of office: Stoke.
Full Time Contract: 4 Months
Start Date: Monday 18th March
Rate: DOE

Duties and Responsibilities
Your role will be to evaluate and obtain information to procedure a realistic cost for the projects. Liaising with Clients and Suppliers, you will be focusing on two projects and must be able to travel between both. You will need to meet the profit margins required.

Candidate Requirements

Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying.
Must have a Clean Driving License as the role requires travelling to sites/meetings Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of construction standards, regulations and codes.
Knowledge of JCT and Measure Term Contracts.
Exceptional with IT including MS office skills.
