£30,000 - £32,000 + Uncapped Commission (Year 1 OTE: £56K) | Hybrid | Early Friday Finish

We're on the hunt for a Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to take their career to the next level. Based in buzzing Manchester City Centre, you'll lead the full 360° recruitment cycle-winning business, building lasting client relationships, and placing top-tier talent.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Drive new business through cold calling, networking & social media
• Deliver bespoke recruitment solutions to clients
• Source, screen & interview high-quality candidates
• Manage the process from CV submission to offer & onboarding
• Keep CRM updated & stay ahead of market trends

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience in recruitment or sales with lead generation
• Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
• CRM & social media savvy
• Resilience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
