Our client is looking for a Registered nurse with outstanding nursing skills and looking to develop professionally.
As a registered nurse at the home you will be able to understand dementia care, end of life care, palliative care, nursing care and a person centred approach to residents.
Registered Nurse position:
- Assist in the safe ordering, custody, storing and administration of all medication.
- Ensure that Care Plans and records are evaluated, up to date and accurate.
- Take responsibility for updated and performing tasks on clinical calendar.
- Ensure all residents are well assisted to and looked after
