Time recruitment is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity with one of the UK's leading independent healthcare providers who are currently seeking registered nurses for one of their care homes in Tadworth, Epsom.
This purpose-built facility offers a range of services, including residential dementia care, skilled residential and nursing care, palliative care, convalescence, and respite care. The home consists of two separate self-contained houses, each equipped with modern amenities, en-suite bedrooms, and high-quality furnishings. Residents can enjoy the convenience of an in-house shop and access to a mobile library. Every day, a diverse and seasonal menu is provided, tailored to dietary needs and individual preferences.
Residents have the option to dine in communal dining areas or in the comfort of their own rooms.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
* Ensuring the overall well-being of patients and addressing their physical and emotional needs.
* Providing leadership, motivation, and guidance to your team.
* Conducting assessments and creating individualized care plans.
* Monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
This fulfilling position offers a comprehensive induction program and supervision to help you build strong relationships with and better understand your patients. You will have autonomy in your role, leading the delivery of care, implementing necessary care adjustments, and ensuring the efficient operation of the care home.
