An esteemed care provider in the United Kingdom is seeking to add a permanent nurse to their dedicated nursing team at a specialized dementia care facility in Ashford, Kent.

In your capacity as a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, you will assume responsibility for overseeing and managing the unit, in addition to fulfilling clinical responsibilities within the home. These responsibilities encompass patient observation, medication administration, the assessment and periodic evaluation of individualised care plans, as well as offering clinical guidance to the care team.

This purpose-built nursing home, with 60 beds, specializes in nursing care for individuals with dementia. Dementia champions are on staff, actively working to enhance residents' quality of life through daily activities, as well as opportunities for reminiscence and cognitive stimulation.

As a nurse, you have the flexibility to choose between day or night shifts, depending on your preference, as well as opting for full-time or part-time positions.
