This service provides 24-hour rehabilitation care and support for people aged 18 - 65 years living with complex needs and neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis and acquired brain injury; each unit has its own dedicated unit manager and you will be supported by a clinical services manager and home manager.
You will be a named Registered Nurse for no more than 20 residents with several well-trained care staff to assist you and your duties will be to promote clinical excellence, keep records and maintain clinical governance within your unit.
