£22.27 per hour + Excellent Benefits 

12 hour Night shifts | Permanent | Full-time or part-time options available

‍⚕️ About the Night Nurse Role:

 

As a Night Nurse, you'll be a vital part of the care team, ensuring high-quality care is delivered throughout the night. You'll work closely with fellow nurse practitioners and care staff to meet the individual needs of the residents, supporting both their physical and emotional wellbeing.

 

Key responsibilities for the Night Nurse role include:

 

-     Delivering nursing care in accordance with individual care plans

-     Monitoring residents' health and responding to changes

-     Administering medications and treatments

-     Supporting residents with personal care while preserving dignity

-     Collaborating with the Home Manager, Deputy Manager, and Clinical Lead

 

What We're Looking For in a Night Nurse: 

 

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse who thrives in a team environment and is committed to excellence in care.

 

Essential skills and qualifications for the Night Nurse role:

 

-     NMC Registered Nurse with post-registration experience

-     Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills

-     Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

-     A genuine passion for elderly care
