RGN required at an exceptional well established residential care home in Birmingham. The home is known for both its exceptional care and supportive environment for many years.

Having been a family ran business, they provide 5* care to residents, including bistros, spas and cinema rooms in the home.

Our client is looking for a RGN with outstanding clinical skills, someone who is proactive and looking to develop professionally.

Our client is looking for a RGN day nurse who will provide person-centred care, has great leadership and communication skills.

You will be required to:

- Make clinical decisions

- Assess and develop person centred care plans

- Safely providing nursing care including administering medication

- Dressings and management of resident's medical conditions
