What you need:
* You MUST have paid experience in care with Children, or an NVQ level 3 in Childcare. * 6 months of experience as a support worker, within the UK * A valid DBS on the Update Service * Right to work in the UK * Strong communication and organisational skills * Have a genuine passion to care for others and provide the best care possible to all residents.
How it works:
You will be at one Residential home for an entire shift, you can be going to a selection of clients throughout the week. Pick and choose the days you wish to be available for work. Your dedicated recruiter will learn where you find easiest to get to and the work you prefer, to ensure your rota is comprised of work you enjoy
