Our client, based in Manchester City Centre is looking to grow its thriving sales department due to high volumes of leads & recent internal promotions.
As well as great leads, they have realistic targets with over 90% of the sales team achieving over 100%. They offer a fun & hard-working culture with great energy & positivity in the office.
There is brilliant training on offer (8 weeks in total), and progression to management available from 6 months+ with dedicated manager training programs.
What Sales Advisors will do: * Selling B2C * Handling 15 high quality leads per day * Speaking with customers about their applications * Recommending appropriate products & services * Educating & advising customers * Managing the sales process & a pipeline of applications * Closing deals * Providing a great service
