Sales Executive £35,000 salary + £60,000 OTE Manchester Hybrid Working
The company: An ambitious & innovative business in Manchester that is looking to hire a Sales Executive. They've grown 145% since 2022 & are targeting an additional 60% growth by the end of 2023.
They're heading into Q4 - their most lucrative period & BDM's will pick up a red-hot account based & be able to earn commission from month 2. The current team of BDMs (who are outside of their training period) are all achieving 100% vs target.
The business has 2 great Sales Leaders who are industry experts, still sell & allow you autonomy to do your role. The business offers hybrid working with 2 days home working & 3 in the office in Manchester City Centre.
Sales Executive duties: * Sell in a B2B capacity - targeting the SME market (200 - 500 staff) * 75% new business & 25% account management * Managing the 360 sales process * Closing deals * Managing an existing account base worth 25% of your annual target * Educating & consulting clients * Expanding existing client spend * Average sales cycle of 1-3 months * Average deal value - £36k per year * Providing a great service
