Job Title: Insurance Sales Executive
Location:
Warrington (Hybrid working available post-probation)
Salary:
Up to £40,000 DOE
Hours:
37.5 per week, Monday to Friday
Saturday Working:
One Saturday per month, 9am-1pm (on a rota, post-probation)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced personal lines insurance broker to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your knowledge of car and home insurance and be part of a supportive, professional environment. You will play a crucial role in delivering a first-class experience for our clients, whether it's servicing existing customers or converting new business. Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines clients, with a focus on car and home insurance
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to maximise revenue and client value
- Support the team in maintaining high call handling standards and service levels
- Proactively generate future-dated leads and follow up on warm opportunities
- Handle renewals with a retention-first mindset, ensuring continuity and satisfaction
- Produce and request policy documentation with accuracy and efficiency
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture and step in where needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Solid experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on car and home insurance
- Background in broking, sales or client retention
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach to client service
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a drive to exceed expectations
- Desire to grow professionally in a supportive, ambitious environment
