We a relooking to speak to experienced Sales Managers who are looking to join an already established and growing business in the heart of Trafford park.
This role is managing a team of between 10 - 20 outbound Business Development Managers in the busy contact centre.
To be considered for this role you MUST
- Have experience managing with KPI's
- Be an excellent motivator and be able to inspire
- Be able to have difficult conversations and manage Performance Plans and oversee disciplinaries
- Have an extensive sales and business development history and a strong understanding of sales techniques
- Be able to manage new starters into the business
- Have experience in interviewing and hiring
