We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team based out of the Wilmslow office.
Key Responsibilities: Modular Builds Expertise: Utilize extensive experience, preferably in modular builds (although not essential), to oversee and manage all aspects of quantity surveying. Healthcare Focus: Specialize in healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Site and team Management. Office-Based Role: Work primarily from the Wilmslow office with the flexibility of remote working. Site visits as required.
Key Qualities: Possess a dynamic and adaptable personality. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Competencies: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on modular builds. Familiarity with the healthcare sector. Ability to manage sites in various locations. Strong organizational and communication skills.
