I am representing a main contractor based in Greater Manchester who are looking to appoint a full time Site Manager.

The contractor specialize in recladding works within the residential and commercial sector and are looking to appoint someone full time in Greater Manchestser.

Duties & responsibilities include:
Managing sub-contractors
Conducting health & safety on site
Weekly reports
Progress meetings

Requirements for the role:
5+ years at Site Manager/Site Based Project Manager level
Based in or local to Greater Manchester
Recladding experience is essential
SMSTS and First Aid qualified
