Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Design and Build Site Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects, from design to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from design to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
Manage and coordinate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular project status updates and addressing concerns and issues as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, promoting a culture of safety on all projects.
Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, monitoring and managing project costs, risks, and changes, and developing mitigation plans as needed.
Provide input and guidance on project design and constructability, working closely with architects and engineers to ensure that design and construction plans are aligned.
Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring that quality and cost requirements are met.
Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement, providing guidance and support to project teams as needed.
Ensure that project documentation, including drawings, plans, specifications, and other project-related documents, are accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong background in design and build projects.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to deliver high-quality work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Thorough understanding of construction industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Experience with project management software, such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
