Site Manager Role - Permanent!

One of our key clients are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee their live refurbishment hospital projects nationwide. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the project at the construction site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Planning and scheduling: Developing a detailed plan and schedule for the project, ensuring that all aspects of the project are fully understood and communicated to the project team.

Managing the project team: Coordinating and managing the project team, including sub-contractors, ensuring that all work is being carried out safely and efficiently, and that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.

Health and Safety: Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and standards, and that all risks are identified and managed effectively.

Quality Control: Ensuring that all work is carried out to the required quality standards, and that all necessary inspections and tests are carried out.

Budget and Cost Control: Monitoring project costs and ensuring that the project is completed within the agreed budget.

Client Management: Liaising with clients and managing their expectations throughout the project, ensuring that all client requirements are met.


Key Requirements:

Previous experience as a site manager, preferably on live refurbishment hospital projects.

Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.

Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Good knowledge of construction contracts and financial management.

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
