Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to deliver fast-track fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK.
You'll be working on projects valued between £30,000 and £150,000, with durations ranging from 2 days to 4 weeks. As a key member of the delivery team, you'll operate in both a hands-on and supervisory capacity depending on project scale.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering multiple fast-track fit-out/refurbishment projects on time and within budget
Managing site logistics, subcontractors, and health & safety compliance
Hands-on involvement in works when required
Liaising with the office-based pre-construction team and the client
Reporting project progress and resolving on-site issues promptly
Experience working in environments such as city centres and shopping centres
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in fast-track fit-out or refurbishment, ideally in fast food or retail sectors
Joinery background highly preferred
Ability to manage both small and larger teams, depending on project needs
Willingness to travel and stay away during projects (12 days on, 2 days off)
Strong organisational and communication skills

Shift Pattern: 12 days on, 2 days off
Hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
