Eccles (Hybrid) | £45,000-£55,000 DOE + Bonuses | Flexi-Time |

Time Recruitment is proud to be representing a highly rated personal injury firm in Greater Manchester, now seeking a talented Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their expanding team.

The Role

You'll manage your own multi-track claimant caseload, covering a range of clinical negligence matters including:

  • Delay/misdiagnosis, surgical error, obstetrics/birth injury, and fatal claims
  • Early merits triage and go/no-go decisions
  • Strategic litigation planning across breach, causation and quantum
  • Costs budgeting, Precedent H, CPR and Part 36 to maintain lean, profitable files
  • Drafting LoC, witness statements, Part 35 questions, and bundles
  • Running negotiations, telephone hearings and ADR
  • Delivering empathetic, SLA-led client care
  • Maintaining immaculate file discipline and accurate MI in Proclaim
  • Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to marketing content

What You'll Bring

  • Solid experience running litigated claimant-side clinical/medical negligence cases
  • Strong commercial awareness and cost control discipline
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and expert management skills
  • Calm, empathetic communication style that builds trust and keeps cases moving

How the Team Works

  • Hybrid working with in-office induction and systems coaching
  • Team Days 1-2 times per month
  • Flexible hours between 08:00-18:00 (core hours 10:00-16:00)
