Project Manager - Mechanical & Electrical

Location: West Yorkshire-based (office + site visits across Yorkshire)

Salary: £49,000-£50,000 + Car Allowance + Annual Bonus

Start: August 2025

About the Role:

My client are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead domestic retrofit and small-scale M&E works under council contracts across Yorkshire.

The successful candidate will hit the ground running on pre-secured framework projects, overseeing multiple simultaneous assignments focused on upgrading domestic properties for energy efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple domestic property M&E projects concurrently

Oversee additional retrofit and compliance-driven frameworks across Yorkshire

Liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams

Monitor progress and quality across office coordination and site execution

Maintain compliance with Gas Safe regulations

Requirements:

Valid certification in Mechanical or Electrical discipline

Proven experience in domestic property retrofit and small-scale M&E works

Certifications: Gas Safe and Mechanical or Electrical certificates

Strong communicator with stakeholder and team leadership ability

Ability to commit to full-time office-based working
