Role: Freelance Site Manager

Location: Deeside

Job: Vet Fit Out

Responsibilties:

• Maintain and run a detailed project schedule, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of all workers, visitors and students.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards or violations promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the project.
• Conduct inspections to ensure workmanship meets specifications and requirements.
• Serve as the main primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
• Coordinate and conduct regular meetings with stakeholders, including the client, subcontractors, and project team members.
• Provie clear and concise progress updates to stakeholders and address any concerns or issues promptly.

Start Date: 23rd February

Duration: 44 weeks

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 7am-4:30pm

Rate: £250 a day

Certificates Required: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
